Terms
Terms and Agreements
WalletMessage now uses the live chat services and signed submission endpoints at my.eth-ub.net. Read these terms before using the app.
1. Overview
WalletMessage is a wallet-to-wallet chat interface that uses the APIs and signed message submission flow at my.eth-ub.net. It allows a connected wallet to open direct conversations, read indexed chat records, and submit signed chat messages.
2. Use at Your Own Risk
You use this app entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible for user behavior, scams, misunderstandings, impersonation claims, data leakage, infrastructure failures, or any other outcome related to your use of the app.
3. No Privacy Guarantee
We do not guarantee that messages, wallet activity, or metadata are private. Signed messages, indexes, logs, transport records, and related data may be visible to operators, third-party services, or outside observers.
4. Wallet Identity and ENS
This app uses wallet addresses and may resolve ENS names. Wallet addresses may still be linked to real identities through outside data, public history, or user behavior. We do not guarantee anonymity or pseudonymity.
5. Message Content
You are responsible for every message you sign and submit. Do not send seed phrases, private keys, passwords, or sensitive personal information through this app.
6. Wallet Access
WalletMessage depends on a compatible injected browser wallet. You are solely responsible for your wallet, device, signatures, and any actions performed through that wallet.
7. No Warranties
WalletMessage is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of availability, correctness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, privacy, or security.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, reputational, technical, or financial damages related to your use of WalletMessage or my.eth-ub.net.
